A WORLD-CLASS REGENERATIVE KITCHEN FOR TROWBRIDGE Our vision for Kitchen West is for it to be “a world-class regenerative kitchen for Trowbridge”, and one of the most sustainable food production factories in the UK. This vision is supported by our sustainability framework, which we created with KLH, a leading sustainability consultant. The framework is broken down into six headline objectives, as well as 22 sub-objectives with associated targets. The following objectives you will read about are sustainability ambitions we are currently working through.
