Kitchen West will utilise technology including rainwater harvesting and low-flow fittings to reduce mains water consumption. During construction, we will use recycled or reused water where possible, to further reduce our usage of mains water. Respecting this valuable resource means treating all wastewater to high standards to reduce loads on the existing sewerage system. Allowing rainwater to soak into the ground and reducing runoff to natural levels is key to ensuring future water security.
