Our ambition is to achieve at least a BREEAM Excellent standard, a certification scheme for sustainable builds. Achieving the Excellent rating means a building has achieved a high level of sustainability by scoring at least 70% on a comprehensive assessment of its environmental impact across various categories like energy efficiency, water usage, materials, and waste management. We will also be looking to encompass principles of the WELL Standard, focusing on the features of the built environment that impact human health and well-being, through air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind.
