The Z701 integrates directly into an existing end of line sorter with minimal adjustments required. The system can be integrated into an existing or new sorter - Torus work closely with the customer’s chosen integrater to ensure a successfull installation. A site survey is carried out by both parties to agree the suggested location for the integration.

The camera will be located on your existing sorting line.
The Vision System can be positioned up to 10m away from the camera.
The 2nd monitor can be positioned up to 10m away from the Vision System, enabling the user to measure results from elsewhere in the facility.
Cycle Time/Throughput
Designed with flexibility in mind, the system can achieve speeds of up to 12,000 cans per hour, meaning a 9,000 can pallet can be sorted in just 45 minutes.

Software
Supplied with Torus’ BRAND NEW VisionXplorer software developed specifically for use with this system. VisionXplorer is a sophisticated recognition software configured for both colour dots and dot matrix characters and operated by a touch screen monitor for ease of use. It also offers quick and easy setup. VisionXplorer provides live run statistics such as can count, eject count and eject percentage and has the ability to measure between percentages and quantity units. Configurable to match customers line and gun configurations.
