The participants shall:
Engage in breakout group discussions on the hierarchy of legislation and the range of different regulations and guidelines, company and local rules for HV work activity
Share experience of working under varied rules and regulations in different regions, companies, or industries.
SSOW FOR HV OPERATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS

The aim of this lesson is to introduce participants to a SSOW for HV operations and communications.
After having successfully completed this lesson, the participants can:
47) Discuss effective communication and methods of control for working under a SSOW in a HV environment (Knowledge, intermediate level)

To achieve the lesson learning objectives, the participants can:
48) Explain why Switching Schedules / Instructions / Plans / Protocols, and toolbox talks, or pre-task briefings are critical control measures for HV work (Knowledge, intermediate level)
49) Discuss the importance of working under safety documents and of ensuring Permission to Work (Knowledge, intermediate level)
50) Recognise Intervention Points / STOP Works Points / Critical to Quality Points (Knowledge, basic level)
