The aim of this lesson is to familiarise participants with duties, roles and responsibilities for HV operations.
After having successfully completed this lesson, the participants can:

To achieve the lesson learning objectives, the participants can:

56) Explain the right to stop work and intervene in unsafe situations (Knowledge, intermediate level)
57) Recognise designated roles and communication responsibilities during HV operations, and typical variations in different regions (Knowledge, basic level)
The instructor shall:
Introduce the duties and roles designated during HV operations.
Explain designated duties, responsibilities and limitations, which ensure safety and effective HV operations.
Facilitate a discussion to illustrate relevant examples of regional differences:
a.
personal responsibility for safety
b.
right to intervene / stop the job
c. designated responsibilities for each type of communication
d.
regional terminology and differences
