The format of the written knowledge test should consist of a mix of multiple-choice questions, yes/no questions, and descriptive written answer questions, and shall be set at the same taxonomy level as the objective that they are testing.
Note
Questions shall be provided to assess all learning objectives in the knowledge domain from lesson 2 to 14 and questions be referenced to the relevant learning objective number.
There is no minimum number of questions required once all knowledge objectives have been covered, but a maximum of 50 questions is appropriate.
To complete the module participants must provide evidence of achieving knowledge learning objectives using the written knowledge test.
Note
Alongside the completed written knowledge test, the instructor may use other evidence such as verbal questioning, observation of knowledge displayed in practice during scenarios, etc, at their discretion to confirm achievement of knowledge learning objectives.
In such cases, the participant assessment records should ensure to record any other means of assessment used to confirm achievement of knowledge learning objectives.

The aim of this lesson is to enable the participants to reflect on and process their learning outcomes and key takeaways from the module, aiming to achieve a high learning transfer from the training to their way of working.
ELEMENT 16.1 - TRAINING REVIEW
The instructor shall:
Re-present the overall aims and learning objectives of the module for the participants’ comparison of their learning outcome and the achievement of their previously stated expectations for the module.
The participants shall:
Reflect on their learning outcome and key take-aways from the High Voltage Operations Module, aiming to achieve a high learning transfer from the module to their way of working by means of e.g.:
a. group discussions or walk and talk, questions and answers in class, or where suitable
