Raul Orlando Roldan ‘77 Founder/Managing Director, Roldan Consulting, LLC I am a 1977 graduate of Missouri Valley College. I also received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri. While at Missouri Valley, I was a four-year letterman in Track & Field and competed in Cross Country. I also participated in the NAIA Track & Field and Cross-Country National Championships. I was born in Mexico City, Mexico and immigrated to the USA in 1965 along with my mother and three brothers. I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri in a very dangerous neighborhood featured in a documentary entitled the “Murder Factory,” which is better known as Zip Code 64130. Missouri Valley College opened a new world as a student and athlete that I could have never even dreamed of that allowed me to succeed in life by providing crucial skills like leadership, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and analytical thinking, which are a necessity in any profession. After a short career in the private business sector, I entered the FBI as a Special Agent in August 1987. I served as a special agent conducting investigations for nearly half of my career, and serving as a Hostage Negotiator, Special Weapons & Tactics (SWAT), and police instructor, among other responsibilities. In 1996, I was promoted to the management level, where I reached the Senior Executive rank that is only available to approximately four percent of the government employee population. I was honored to have served as the head of the Mexico City, Mexico, U.S. Embassy FBI Legal Attaché Office, FBI Training Academy, and worldwide cybercrime investigations.
