INNOVATION IN IMPLEMENTING ACQUISITION FLEXIBILITIES ONE $5,000 AWARD A documented program management approach using innovative acquisition flexibilities and authorities. ELIGIBILITY All military and civilian members of the warfighting acquisition workforce are eligible. Contractors and university employees are not eligible.
