1. THE SYSTEM

From the small distribution facility for artisan users to large industrial manufacturing plants, SicoAIR is the practical and functional solution for the distribution of compressed air! Resulting from years of experience in the compressed air industry, SicoAIR is based on a line of aluminum pipes calibrated and surface treated in a range from 20 mm to 63 mm. The joint are made with nylon fittings which are highly resistant to impact and pressure. All this means that the SicoAIR line has passed the rigorous product tests of the certification body TUV being tested at 4 times the normal operating pressure (NP 12.5). Moreover, in the same test the SicoAIR line showed excellent resistance to fatigue generated by pressure changes resulting from pressure sur- ges and excellent durability in salt spray. The SicoAIR coatings also guarantee a very low friction surface to the air flow and very low installation times thanks to the colour of the lines according to the regulatory requirements for the recognition of fluids (thus avoiding subsequent paintings of the pipes). Finally, the SicoAIR line is compatible with all other products in the Sicomat catalogue thus forming the basis of a comprehen- sive, flexible and functional system for all requirements regarding the distribution of fluids in normal industrial use.
