Although we’re in a ‘village’ setting we also have modern amenities within walking distance including a hypermarket, cafes, pubs and retail outlets. Central London is only forty minutes by direct train from nearby Ewell East station. Other towns and boroughs like Guildford, Wimbledon and Croydon are also easily accessed from both of our nearby train stations. Surrey is also a very safe part of the country. Out of the 43 policing areas in England and Wales, Surrey has the fourth lowest rate of crime per 1,000 population (2021). In Epsom and Ewell especially there is a strong sense of community and security with many local residents’ associations and neighbourhood groups. We think you’ll like it round here, by all means join us at one of our many open events and have a look around the area.
