The KINTEK induction machine quickly heats the inside of the chuck using a quick-change coil that generates an alternating magnetic field, expanding its diameter. Once the tool is inserted, the cooling of the chuck returns it to its original size. CHUCK COOLING After insertion, the chuck is air-cooled thanks to forced ventilation, returning to its original dimensions. The cooling generates a very high radial clamping force, securing the tool extremely firmly within the chuck.
CONFIGURATION The machine can be configured with adapters for HSK, SK, BT, and 3 different coils to be used according to the diameters to be clamped.
