• SAP BWN held over 60 events in celebration of International Women’s Day (March 8th), bringing together 4,500+ attendees • More than 400+ chapter events were organized globally and attended by 26K employees • BWNmeasuredourmembersatisfactionannually,achieving a 4.6 positive rating out of 5 for 2022 • Our data showed that 40% of our members have mentors or mentor others • We are fortunate to have 15% of male participants, though we still would like to see more join Our external impact includes: • Over 30 external partnerships aimed at sharing our D&I strategy and best practices in women’s empowerment • Presenting two years in a row at the prestigious North America ERG-focused conference, Seramount, sharing the BWN Journey and best practices • Receiving the United Nations Women Empowerment Principles Award • Triggering a successful HeforShe campaign to activate men’s allyship • Focusing on our social media imprints via LinkedIn, and via #sapbwn

For the first time ever, BWN integrated all its data points into our own SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) product and showcased the impact via our BWN Analytics Dashboard. BWN Leaders and chapter leads can view the impact that the BWN network is creating at a global, regional, and country level. When 480+ BWN volunteers are working together, it is important to ensure that everyone’s energy is guided toward a common goal and that their efforts are captured in a consistent way, based on shared data elements.
