SAP BWN Annual Report 2022

• Building resilience and leadership skills: We conducted Take Charge workshops to coach aspiring leaders and invited executive leaders from across the industry to the Meeting with the Minds - Thought Leadership series, where they shared their viewpoints on career and leadership topics.

• We conducted #IamRemarkable sessions, where members were coached on self-development.

• Cross-collaborating with other Employee Network Groups (ENGs): This included sharing successes with other ENGs, such as SAP Pride, Toastmasters and SAP Black Employee Network groups. • Strengthening business and financial acumen where experts designed a special curriculum, conducted workshops, and facilitated focused sessions to answer any open questions. The sessions had 1K+ participants. • Coaching young girls from local universities, by offering mentorship and internship opportunities through a well-designed curriculum. • Celebrating successes to promote passion and positive attitude by hosting networking lunch events, conducting Bring your kids to work day, and launching the U Show program that offers employees a stage to showcase their talent. • Driving social impact through Dress for Success, Style, Sustainability, and Support, a program run in collaboration with the global not-for-profit “Dress for Success,” to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
