SAP BWN Annual Report 2022

For diversity to thrive, we strive to create the most inclusive environment, where everyone feels safe, feels a sense of belonging and truly has equal opportunity to contribute. I am personally committed to creating this environment for SAP with an openness to all advice that helps us achieve this goal.

The SAP Business Women’s Network is one of the key driving forces for a diverse and inclusive culture across SAP Asia, ensuring that gender equality is part of the fabric of our organization. I have valued being an active member of the group in Singapore, and learned so much from the many passionate female leaders who are inspiring the next generation.

As a business leader, I feel we can do much more to address gender inequity beyond voicing the need for change and advancing awareness. We need to be hands-on and influence real change with programs to attract and increase the representation of women and support pay equity. I am proud of the work we have been doing in LAC, but I know we can go much further.

SAP’s Business Women’s Network has been a transformational platform for the community in India to network, collaborate and learn from each other’s experiences. Over the last decade, the group has played an incredible role in building a robust pipeline of leaders from the region. I wish the team continued success.
