9. Outlook As we look ahead, our hearts are filled with a deep sense of purpose and commitment to driving impactful change at SAP and the world. Our theme for this year will continue to be “ Drive Impact with Intention ,” and we remain focused on our priorities of Networking, Leadership Development, Celebrating Successes, and Walking the Talk. This year, we want to take things to the next level. We are holding each other and ourselves Accountable , building a culture of Active Allyship , and Taking Action like never before. Our passion for running a better world together is stronger than ever. We have momentum – as of today we achieved 50% women in our Supervisory Board, 35% women in the workforce overall and 29.5% women in management. Our aspiration is to reach gender parity in our workforce at all levels to retain women leaders, and we are working towards it by focusing on recruitment and retention practices across the globe. SAP BWN plays a crucial role in driving these milestones, and we are proud of the positive impact the network has had on its members. Our inaugural BWN annual report is a testament to our dedication to diversity and inclusion and our efforts to attract top talent to SAP. Through partnerships with other organizations, we aim to continue advancing the gender equality agenda both within the SAP Ecosystem and beyond.
