its lease and expanded by 1,100 s/f for a total of 3,000 s/f at Court Plaza North. Lo- cated at 25Main St., the class A office property is owned and managed by Hacken- sack-based Alfred Sanzari Enterprises . The transaction was nego- tiated in-house by Stephen Jennings , vice-president of leasing and marketing. Dan- iel Foley of Savills Studley represented the tenant. The firm – led by partners Edward Cillick and Suzanne Smith, and associate Jill Horowitz – is experiencing continued growth, which necessitated the expansion. Cillick and Smith’s prac- tice areas include personal injury, criminal defense, worker’s compensation and family law. “Our practice has grown and the need for additional office space became a real- ity,” said Cillick. “Our first and only consideration was to augment our existing space at Court Plaza North, which has been our home for almost 20 years. The building’s loca- tion directly across from the Bergen County Courthouse, extensive on-site amenities and the excellent relation- ship we enjoy with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises made the decision to expand our space here a very easy one.” The 335,000 s/f Court Plaza office complex encompasses Court Plaza North, Court Plaza South and Court Plaza East.
