Jeffries and Healey facili- tated the approximate 8,500 s/f lease of Snap Kitchen’s commissary, located at 3401 I Street in Philadelphia. The stores in the Philadelphia area are located in Old City, Midtown Village, Rittenhouse Square, Fairmount in Center City and Villanova, PA and Malvern, PA in the surround- ing suburbs. They range from 1,000 to 1,400 square feet each. Terms of the leases were not disclosed.
