FAQ
Do I have to complete the modules in a certain order?
No, as long as the modules are completed within your first 12 weeks it does not matter what order you choose to do these in.
We would advise you to consider spacing the modules out across your 12 weeks to allow you enough time. On average the Week 2-12 programme should result in approximately 3 hours of learning per week.
I cannot log in to Rise Up
Please email learning@emeria-uk.com if you are unable to login.
How can I check my progress?
Access your Learning Path from the Course page, and this will give you an overview of progress against each module and overall. We would advise you share this with your manager at your monthly probation reviews.
I am a Manager; how do I check my team’s progress?
A monthly report will be sent by the L&D team. If you need to check an individual’s progress this can be reviewed in their monthly review.
Please contact the Learning and Development Team at FirstPort for further questions.
