them aside for a time, that He might visit the Gentiles, to take out from among them "a people for his name." He told them also that once again He would take up His chosen people. In that day "all Israel shall be saved.'' And in the meantime, even while the nation is out of His will, individual Israelites may be saved-"for there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek ... For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.'' This is God's message to Israel; it is His message to us, Gentiles, as set forth in the tenth chapter of Romans. And let us not forget our responsibility to the Jews : "How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? and how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace and bring glad tidings of good things!"
