Purpose of the Post

White City Professional Services - Level 4 Head of Masterplanning White City Business Solutions Managers across Estates, Commercial Investments, White City Development Team, HR, Finance and Procurement, Strategic Programmes and Change, White City Programme Delivery team External consultants, suppliers and contractors

Working within the development team for White City, you will provide programme management to construction and development aspects of the project. You will work closely with the White City Programme Delivery team, aligning business programme outcomes with construction and delivery. • Responsible for day-to-day programme management and strong contract management processes for the design and construction elements of the White City Campus. This covers series of strategic development, construction and land projects with capital and revenue operating budgets, currently in excess of £500m.

• Taking a lead role in developing and maintaining an effective governance framework and implementing best practice programme controls to ensure effective compliance and audit requirements. • To provide high quality, accurate and consistent monitoring and reporting to appropriate internal stakeholders including White City Development Director, Head of Procurement, White City Campus Programme Manager
