HOSPITALITY

Buy a coffee and help children’s charity

Coffee lovers in Cheltenham can now do their bit for charity, as well getting a caffeine fix, thanks to a charity initiative from the Cheltenham Trust. The Wilson arts café has started serving ethically- sourced Paddy and Scott’s coffee, and sales from each cup of the exclusive brew is helping a charity that helps the town’s disadvantaged children. The initiative will see 10p from every cup of coffee bought at the arts café at TheWilson Art Gallery and Museum – which is managed by the Cheltenham Trust – donated to No Child Left Behind. No Child Left Behind is a campaign that delivers projects and initiatives to support children and young people in the town’s most deprived communities.

Around 4,300 children and young people in Cheltenham are currently growing up in poverty, according to recent surveys. The Paddy & Scott’s coffee offer is part of a refresh of The Wilson café, with new furnishings creating a warm, inviting and relaxing arts café. A new small plates and sharing menu has also been introduced to complement the the wider core menu available throughout the week l
