YEAR HIGHLIGHTS 2025

In 2025, a total of 123 activities were successfully conducted, marking a significant increase from the previous year. Among these activities were 16 Faculty Forums, surpassing the annual KPI target of 15. Participation continued to grow across nearly every department, with many faculty members voluntarily presenting their work. This heightened engagement demonstrates an ongoing shift toward stronger interdepartmental communication, increased collaboration, and the sharing of innovative ideas. The Faculty Forum is steadily becoming a vital platform for showcasing faculty achievements, aligning university research with global trends, and enriching the academic environment. In addition to the Faculty Forums , 39 workshops, training sessions, and seminars were offered throughout the year. These sessions supported continuous professional development and saw participation from faculty across all disciplines. Many faculty members volunteered to lead these activities, reflecting the institution’s deepening culture of collaboration and shared expertise. Administrators also contributed actively, providing guidance and fostering a supportive learning environment. This year saw continued growth in PDC activities, providing faculty with expanded opportunities to strengthen their skills and advance professionally. These initiatives supported both academic excellence and personal growth, reflecting the institution’s ongoing commitment to equipping faculty and staff with the tools and knowledge needed for success. Additionally , 4 workshop sessions for students were conducted to strengthen their academic performance and career readiness. Delivered with direct involvement from faculty, these workshops provided students with relevant, practical insights into various fields and professional practices. Furthermore , 64 webinars were organized in collaboration with distinguished educationalists and representatives from renowned organizations such as National Geographic Learning, Elsevier, Sage, Taylor & Francis, Clarivate, IEEEXplore, Emerald, and McGraw Hill. These webinars offered access to cutting-edge resources and highlighted the latest developments in education and research. Partnering with these industry leaders significantly enriched the professional development experience and reinforced the university’s commitment to academic innovation. Overall, the range of activities conducted in 2025 has substantially strengthened faculty engagement, promoted cross-disciplinary communication, and supported a dynamic culture of continuous learning and improvement. The initiatives implemented this year are laying a strong foundation for even more impactful and influential projects in the years to come.
