Important Reminders: Since its beginning, Melaleuca has operated on the premise that the only viable business model is to have real customers, who purchase products simply because they prefer them over alternative products in the marketplace, rather than because of some financial incentive or involvement with some type of “financial scheme.” This is a matter of ethics, good business principles, and common sense. Melaleuca only wants ‘real customers buying real products because they really want them .’ Operating a Melaleuca business on any other premise is a violation of Melaleuca’s policies. In addition to the terms & conditions above, please take note of the requirements below: • Only real customers are counted under the qualification requirements. They must purchase and pay for their own products (and not be reimbursed) . • They also cannot be enticed to enroll simply to help someone win Fast Track. It is ok to tell someone you are trying to qualify for a contest and use that as a sense of urgency to get someone to sit down and listen to an Overview. It is not ok to use the contest to twist someone’s arm into enrolling, and absolutely not ok to tell them you only need them to enroll for three (3) months and then they can cancel. We want to make it clear that Marketing Executives who misuse Fast Track in that way will be disqualified and risk termination of their Melaleuca business . • Marketing Executives that have a high cancellation rate at the end of the Fast Track will be audited and disqualified at the company’s total discretion if it is determined that customers enrolled only to help someone win Fast Track and cancelled because the Fast Track period was over. • Melaleuca reserves the right to audit any business and deny qualifications to those businesses that it suspects of violating this principle . Interpretations as to whether a Marketing Executive has violated this policy are entirely at Melaleuca’s discretion. • Melaleuca will do its best to do a fair and honest review of the situation. However, Melaleuca’s decision as to whether a participant qualifies for the Fast Track will be final. Winners will not be finalized until it can be verified to Melaleuca’s satisfaction that all customers counted as part of the qualification requirements were actually real customers. • Must quality enroll a minimum of six (6) new Preferred Customers from *participating markets during the qualification period (i.e. February – May 2023). All customers must be Enrolled and Preferred on the same month and fulfill their monthly product point commitment during the month of enrollment. 3) Marketing Executives who personally advance to Director 4 or above status MUST: • Advance for the first time during the qualification period (i.e. February – May 2023). • Maintain their Commission Rate status for three (3) consecutive months. • MUST be a Commission Rate Director 4 & above in May & July 2023. 4) The Fast Track reward is non-transferable. Marketing Executives who qualify for Fast Track will get the prize they qualify for. Only ONE (1) reward will be awarded. 5) The Phuket Trip includes meals, accommodation and return airfare. The departure point will be determined by the Company and qualifiers are responsible for obtaining valid individual travel documents and travel insurance. 6) The qualification of the Phuket International Fast Track will only apply for the Marketing Executive and the legal spouse (if applicable). Any requests for individuals other than the legal spouse (if applicable) to participate will not be entertained as this is a business event. 7) All qualifiers must be an active Preferred Customer and in good standing. To be in good standing, Marketing Executives must comply with Melaleuca’s Statement of Policies. Melaleuca reserves the right to take corrective action under Policy 43 of Melaleuca’s Statement of Policies, including but not limited to disqualification or forfeiture of the Fast Track reward and/or imposition of fines.
