150. I would recommend the resort because it offers winter activities at a fairly reasonable cost. 151. I would recommend for a friend to buy in the resort as it is a very friendly and inclusive place to spend the winter months while owning in a retirement community.

153. I would recommend to friends because of the overall size of its land, views, activities, security, friendly and relatively well maintained and having a board association elected by owners. On the low end it’s dues that keep going higher. In 2004 dues were about $159.00 a month. In 2000 it was around $128.00

155. I am an Ambassador, so I highly recommend Outdoor Resort to all interested visitors. Everyone is welcoming. Many amenities/activities for all. Something for everyone.

162. Monthly dues are getting quite high. ES pool way to warm for lap swimming...as the 25-yard pool complete with 4 'lanes' is a lap pool...not an aerobics and/or "play" pool. Lowering the temp. to 80-81 will save a LOT of $$ and other pools can be used for non-lap swims. Can reduce LS and water costs if remove 50% of golf course grass...and replace with a 'natural desert' look...which would actual be more pleasing to the eye vs. 100% grass. 163. The Quilt/sewing Group, golf and social activities. The Beautiful appearance and incredible landscaping. My husband loves to golf. Happy spouse/Happy House! The friendliness of ORPS staff and owners is a big bonus! 164. I do not appreciate all the dogs with no rule enforcement and this resort allowing them dumping next to both our classy buildings ... ES and LP. It’s sickening. Owners need to make a little square their own lots not sneak down streets and pee and crap on beautiful common areas 165. It’s currently a good balance of cost for benefit. It’s not too pricey and not to stuffy. I like the good mix of people we currently have. 166. I would recommend the Resort to others because of the level of physical activity it offers, e.g. golf, pickleball. And, there are many events to choose from to participate in, or not. I especially like the friendly, welcoming atmosphere and the level of courtesy of the Pickleball group and the highly organized events it organizes.
