288. Reason for not recommending would be that the "Board" doesn't listen to required needs for the Resort from the Owner's. When an election comes up and the candidates say what they would do if elected...seems once they are elected they do nothing as they promised. Seem that they get swayed by other Board members already voted in to think as they think.
289. Very friendly owners and a great par three golf course in led in the HOA fees.
290. It’s a fun environment with lots of nice people, beautiful golf course, 2 large pools, I would caution though that it isn’t super kid or pet friendly as not everyone in the resort is going to be ok with the kids & pets and those people can be very stand-offish.

294. It is a beautiful resort. I love the friends I have and the people I meet. I don't like the infighting that has happened over dogs and pickleball. I don't like what I have seen that seems wasteful bad management in renovations. Some examples are 1) pool deck at ES, how awful and dirty it looks, how slippery it is. 2) The crazy kitchen screw up that was not resolved throughout the whole season and lastly the fact that we have dogs peeing on grass all over the place. When I first came to resort, we were told dogs could pee on our own lots or the streets. I had 2 dogs, still bought and followed the rules. I think it is wrong how we are taking away the resort beauty by changing all these rules. I do like the new dog pee area out in front parking lot. 295. How beautiful the resort is and how friendly the people are here. Great place to spend time and to make lifelong friends. Do as much or as little as you want to do. Amazing socialization opportunities.
