Please provide any comments or suggestions you have regarding the Clubhouse facilities:
1. Showers at es never run full and self-flushing toilets are always not working. The decking is terrible. Chairs are NEVER washed down... I see the same dirt for weeks on end on both the tables and chairs. Hello pandemic!! The dog relief area is deplorable. If owners’ yards were kept to those standards we be a ghetto.

We only go to the clubhouses on occasion. Owners’ meetings, golf, etc.
3. A big mistake having the pet relief areas surrounding these 2 beautiful meeting places.

What kitchen?
5. The clubhouses definitely need updating. They look like they are from the early 70’s/late 60’s decor still. A major update is needed at both clubhouses. 6. Spend some money on Bella Roma I bought here because of restaurant, look after them!

Have never been in either clubhouse...just the convenience store
8. The biggest issue is the inconsistency of access to the bar. I get that is the largest room for events but prohibits use of area prior and during those events... pretty disturbing to go for a drink and have to stand at the bar. Hours in emails don’t match what the bar management understands. Also, the kitchen. How much did we spend only to have it not useable for majority of the season?

Too many events in ES. It is a long way to the back corner all the time!!

Clubhouses seem a bit dated -- interior remodels are in order.
11. ES needs quality sound system and a taller stage area at the fireplace. No visibility.
12. Clean facilities more thoroughly, place maintenance on a schedule, and freshen fitness area. Lack of meticulous maintenance makes facilities feel neglected. 13. LP is looking aged. Floor in Ballroom needs replacing. Offices should be built and moved from admin building. Move the store to the admin building. People should not have to go out of the property to see accounting and GM. ES should be were the main bar and grill are. Bar area needs to be made more intimate.

La Palma restrooms need a serious facelift!
16. West Room needs soundproofing. Lifestyle and Events should be renamed its original name: "Activities Office". Activities office needs improved layout/user/customer accessibility; glass office walls are too noisy...office needs serious noise reduction and customer friendly

Foul odor in the men's restroom should be investigated and remedied
18. Believe the open bar area should be arranged to a more bar like setting during non- event periods. It’s not warm and inviting to sit in a large open room when you visit the bar. Having the bar hours open more this season is a plus in the right direction.
