Complete the kitchen renovations at ES and then maintain facilities.
37. The area outside the restaurant and convenience store is not maintained. Garbage area bad. ES pool deck never looks clean. Do not like areas around sports courts used as pet relief areas for all to view. Does not represent a premier resort when you drive past.

39. The finish of the surface area around the pool is awful. Very slippery and always looks dirty 40. La Palma pool and outdoor shower areas require maintenance and updating. El Saguaro could use a warmer feel to the 19th hole bar area and the pool deck is TERRIBLE (dirty looking and slippery) 41. Mismanagement of the kitchen renos, firing our longtime golf shack employees have not set well with me. Just so you know.

Marge's Snack bar is not well kept. Will not support.
43. They are old looking and blah. Not the caliber of what this type if club should look like.
44. They spent a fortune to redo the pool area and used slippery tile that always looks dirty. The bar area has absolutely no atmosphere. The outside of the building is very dated as well as the ballroom area.

What’s taking the kitchen so long?
46. Huge ballroom in ES could be reimagined. We attended New Years and it felt like we were at a school prom...dance floor just too big. Is there a way to make the space feel more intimate? 47. The bar area needs to be improved and with people that understand how a bar should function not just decoration

51. No kitchen for a full season, not reporting when it will or if it will ever get done...hiring for lifestyle dissatisfied. Storeroom needs to get rid of lot of unnecessary STUFF.

53. The new tile installed around the ES pool is very dirty looking and looks terrible for new tile.

Length if kitchen renovation at ES is unacceptable.
55. La Palma looks a little dated, a little dark. The flooring on two sides of the ballroom is damaged by water. The library is dark and old looking.
56. The 19th hole needs to be a little more welcoming. Need more bartenders at functions

The extra rooms in La Palma need attention and are dated.
