175. There is a large number of people interested in sewing, quilting and crafts. There needs to be a larger room designated just for this purpose. There are many that aren’t able to participate in sports and there seems to be many pools that sit relatively unused. Perhaps something could be done to have a larger facility for the sewers! I know many have bought at the park because of the quilting group, and there are many days there just isn’t room! Some ladies don’t even come just because it’s too crowded!
176. Needs a proper bar possibly in the useless Owners’ Lounge
177. Improve bar area to look and act more like a bar instead of a large cafeteria. Ambiance is poor for its attended use and unwelcoming in appearance 178. The fact that the kitchen has taken a whole season to be finished is outrageous. With so many problems there especially in the storage area everything needs to be sanitized by an outside company that specializes in doing just that. We’re appalled over the whole situation! 179. ES Mailroom is very dark during winter months. ES Men's restroom is poorly maintained in regard to facility. Five Star level is nowhere to be found. Sink is broken, third toilet has been leaking at the floor for a long time, ceiling lights are non-op, handicap shower fixture has been defective for 2 seasons, main room lights automatically turn off prior to shower completion or extended periods in toilet, room is large enough to require two hand towel dispensers especially when one non-op, A/C settings not appropriate for usage.
180. ES kitchen closed for the past season was not acceptable
181. The kitchen at ES was unusable the entire 2020 season. I think this is a management issue. The lighting at La Palma is not good. 182. Eliminate dog relief areas around all exterior perimeters of both clubhouses. This is the parking area for both clubhouses so to step out and see dogs relieving themselves or possibly a pile that hasn’t been picked up is not conducive to a 5 star resort.
183. Kitchen taking way too long to update!
184. West Room needs to be available for more clubs. With limited rooms available, it is important to have access to West Room. Sound system for events needs improvement.
185. ES needs a new sound system
186. Obviously, the kitchen! The bar needs a dishwasher and cash register moved. The bar area looks messy a lot of the time. Clubhouse should be decorated for Xmas season for month of December. Swimming pool area - new tile flooring is slippery and always looks dirty. Pool area should have bar service and food service...either from Marge’s which should have longer hours or from bar in clubhouse with new kitchen. 187. Clubhouses are nice facilities. Important to keep them maintained and improvements as needed.
188. Both exterior and interior need updated
189. The acoustics need improvement.
