102. Please resolve the pet relief areas as soon as possible. A portion of the corner where we live is ORPS property and is being used as a pet relief on a regular basis. 103. I would like to see more enforcement of Resort rules. Vehicles protruding from their lots into the roadway is a case in point. Citations for dog owners allowing their animals on Resort Green Areas. Perhaps a week a season of strict enforcement preceded by a barrage of publicity reminding owners/ renters of their responsibilities. Although not a rule, apparently, dog owners should be encouraged more aggressively to carry a spray bottle as well as poop bags, and reminded where to dispose of their animals droppings. A reintroduction of pet fees would seem appropriate at this time 104. The verification of existing building systems are working at their stated parameters (satellites buildings as well). Better signage, update and upkeep of existing signage, new signage. Laundry signage. Sec 27- there is no need for a sports store as there are retailers better suited to this need. Sec 28- the enhancement of the park will be handled easily with good maintenance practices. 105. I love this Resort and am a very happy resident here. What I would consider of upmost importance in continuing to strive to be a Premier RV Resort is to begin to update the clubhouses as they are very dated. Additionally, there needs to be enforcement of the rules that are made. Individual lot maintenance needs to be enforced and older RVs and RVs in need of painting, graphics, etc. need to be required to either leave or be satisfactorily updated. Just removing decals and then waxing over the surface (where one can see where the decals were) is not sufficient. Also, the front office staff needs to be trained to be far more welcoming. They are the face of the resort to perspective residents. The flowers and landscaping here are beautifully maintained. Golf course is in excellent shape. Activities offered are varied and numerous. People are friendly and welcoming. Landscape maintenance staff works incredibly hard to enhance the outdoor ambiance of the resort. I appreciate the opportunity to provide input. 106. The 3 important factors to me are the appearance, amenities and affordability of the resort. I would not want to sacrifice one to increase/improve the others. If HOA fees continue to increase to a level similar to non-RV parks in the valley, the resort would lose some of its attractiveness to me. 107. We are NOT a Dog park, people who have dogs need to use their lot for the dog or take it outside the park!!! Maintenance of our facility, fix things when there are broke, not 3, 4, 5 weeks later!!! 108. Free entertainment at ES is a great amenity that really bring people together to have fun. A sports bar at LP, with pool side service would be a nice amenity to offer. 109. Relating to golf, should give each owner 30 rounds per year and charge $10 dollars for any additional consumption of our great resource paid by all the owners and only used by less than 30% of owners. Reduce the guest fee back to 12 $ per day to be more reasonable. Reduce staff and improve the behaviors of front desk employees 110. The Golf Committee has done a great job running the golf program for many years run by volunteers. A paid Starter Shack staff to manage tee times is adequate.

111. Make pet owners keep their dogs on the designated area. Our green area looks bad.
