163. Whatever the bylaws say should be enforced or removed. I don't believe workers of any sort should be able to use the owners’ facilities. ALL WORKERS should use maintenance bathrooms etc. They should have to check in on a daily basis. With that being said, I think they literally should sing in and out each day. 164. Since purchasing our lot in the fall of 2014, I have seen certain areas of the park receive very little or no maintenance at all. If we want to say we are a 5 star we need to pay a little more attention to the satellite areas. 165. Improve laundry facilities, most importantly be diligent in making sure all machines are in working order and all laundry rooms are checked regularly for cleanliness. Regularly check outside lighting, making sure all are properly working. Be aware of general maintenance upkeep of the whole resort. Have a conversation with Vintage Landscaping about the quality of lawn and irrigation maintenance of lots. Quality, not quantity. 166. I have noticed that a lot of dog owners take their dogs on the public lawns and I have also noticed that some of them take their dogs even in the lawn of lots. I find this very unrespectable and wish I could stop them! The management and board must do something! I do not have a dog, I love dogs and used to be an owner but the problem is not the dogs but the humans… 167. I wish Bella Roma offered delivery service to bar area. A new restaurant up there is unnecessary and costly. We have a hard enough time keeping and filling one restaurant. Tired of all the money going to golf, tennis and pickleball. I know quite a few people here that do not participate in any of those activities. Younger adults, who will be future owners, are not interested in golf. Would like to see the 9 hole convert into other uses. Maybe a walking path so I don't have to play a round of golf to enjoy it. 168. The new staff at the starter shack have been spectacular. For the 1st time since we have lived here, the tee times have been handled in a neutral and professional manner. Further, the lessons have been excellent. 169. Ladies golf scramble. Organized teams? Proper facilities for dogs. More card nights. Crib, euchre, etc. Owners lounge?? Discriminating for renters. Regulation regarding lot clutter? 170. I would prioritize the LP pool update. I think it’s a great place and a fair price per month. Great job. 171. Learn from previous staff how to run golf service like a true country club. What they are doing isn’t working. Train our activity staff to communicate better with owners. They are our employees. Bar staff believes it nice to over-serve and pour drinks too strong. Proper training needs to done. Personally I have seen them over-serve. Someone will get hurt and sue our resort. Disclose actions taking against individuals that cheated our owners in booking tee times. Continue to have the golf pro. The golf program has ran fairly this year. 172. I think the park fits my needs and it’s a great second home. Please try to keep the HOA costs low and steady. It keeps new people wanting to take a chance on purchasing a lot.
