299. Adding pet relief areas around the courts was GREAT, but something should be done to mitigate the look of the dead grass and the flies. Adding more activities for little or no expense would be great. Extending pickle ball play into the evening would be great or turn off the lights to save energy. They are virtually empty after 4. It’s a shame, especially since tennis can play at night. The approval of a second ball such as the Onyx would make the attractiveness of ORPS to pickle ball players even better. Convert seldom used satellite tennis courts to multi use (pickle ball) or convert to buildings for activities or a dog park. Supply and demand.... 300. Board of Directors: I believe it would be helpful for Board members to give a short explanation of their reason for voting Yes or No on especially contentious issues. Probably impractical but it would be telling to see how they were influenced and having to explain it: Transparency can very important! 301. Resurface the area surrounding the ES pools as it is extremely slippery. Exclude renters from the Owners Lounge and encourage them to purchase by making a greater division between owners and renters. No more than two dogs per lot with a height restriction starting immediately for renters and owners over time. Disallow or charge higher fees for full timers. 302. Allow one dog per owner lot no large dogs. No full timers- 303. An RV wash would be super convenient. Would love a paper craft room. Upgraded laundry machines in satellites. 304. Limit the amount of dogs and dog size allowed in the park. Take dogs out of the park to relieve them. 305. Big 18 golf course should have restroom on course. Resort could Purchase lot near where road intersects and build snack and beverage sales with restroom attached. Maintenance and cleanliness of satellites, and washroom facilities throughout resort has deteriorated the last couple years. Extremely disappointed with how board has dealt with dog relief issues. Disagree with daily facility fees for renters - they could be charged green fees to golf. 19th hole bar should go cashless. Use credit card only. Laundry machines could take credit cards and eliminate the laundry cards. There needs to be inspections of satellites to ensure cleaning standards are met and training for cleaning staff. Happy with new golf tee time and handicap system as well as full time golf shack employee. Golf pros could work as contractors to provide lessons and clinics to owners. 306. The streets, the sidewalks, pool areas, steps to ES need to be cleaned!! The laundry facilities in the park have machines that haven't worked since November. Get a new maintenance contractor and replace the old machines with new ones. Attitudes of the Activities office employees need to be changed and training in customer service needs to be implemented there. You can't be a 5 star resort if you don't take care of the everyday maintenance issues. The garbage area is a pig pen! Clean that up ASAP. It's not healthy to the owners and guests. The board needs to be focused on what's best for the resort and not their personal interest or those of their friends. ORPS is a great place and I hope management pays attention to the concerns of the owners.
