330. ES exterior improvements are needed; Pool Area: outside bar, outside kitchen; Front to right, service entrance needs to be hid. ES interior upgrade chandeliers, make outdoor bar area in front adjacent to current bar. Provide bar food at ES. 331. We are an aging resort & some of the facilities and infrastructure are starting to show our age. I know some people are concerned about our HOAs going up, but we need to be able to keep things working properly & that will cost us less in the long run. I wish that our owners, renters & guests would look at the beauty and amenities we have & stop the controversies that have plagued us for the past few years! 332. Too much money has been spent on ES and not enough on La Palma. Owners’ Lounge should be for owners only, it’s not enforced. Laundry facilities at satellite 2 should be improved. 333. I believe the resort needs to invest in unbiased third parties to handle the Board and management. Currently, owners run management without professional expertise and often abuse the position for their own, personal gain. This trend has led to many battles and divisions amongst neighbors. Disputes need to be handled in a much more timely and fair manner, without favors. 334. Board of Directors need to listen to all owners not just a select few. Dogs: 1. Rules and regulations are not enforced. 2.Dogs should be on a 6-foot leash so they can’t poop or pee on common area while out for a walk. 3. Pet relief area around LP and ES should not be allowed. It is an eyesore for all resort owners and potential owners and is distracting and unhealthy for players. 4. Owners should be made to use their own lots for pet relief. 5. Pets should not be able to be in any buildings or surrounding areas. 6. Owners should be allowed to take pictures or videos of any non-compliance and not have to wait for security to investigate because by then it ’s too late to prove. Major work to owners Lots should not be done during peak season, i.e. jack hammering etc. There also should be a time frame for projects that are done on owners’ lots so it doesn’t drag on over long periods of time. 335. I am concerned about the garbage area. We need more pick ups and/or more garbage bins. And if something could be done about flies by the garbage. Also the washers and dryers are a disgrace the way they are broken and never fixed. Please address this ASAP. 336. Again back off on new capital projects & put more effort into repair & maintenance. 337. Owner's with dogs are not respectful to non-dog owners with the handling of their pets. It's become progressively worse that pet owners do not seem to care that their pet urinates on their neighbors’ lots, the road, the corner and the resort common areas. Dog owners need to step up with their fund raising if they want their facilities improved. Resort could require annual licensing to raise funds to keep current facilities in tip top shape and resort could also spend more time reminding and educating pet owners to use their own lot! The sport court areas are beyond disgusting and I cannot believe that any board would think it's OK to have dog relief right next to recreation facilities - doesn't matter if it's DG or grass - this needs to go! Not a good mix! 338. Some of these survey questions were too general (not specific enough) to rate. Had to be neutral on many.
