358. As indicated in my responses, I would like to see a restaurant with a tree food and drink selection and a better bar area at ES and then the Bella Roma area could be freed up for more admin or fitness space. I would also like to see the Owners Lounge used more. We spent a lot of money on that space, outfitted it with a bar area and it very rarely gets used. Would like to see that quality of the food improved at events such as Singo. There must be something better to offer people than boiled “yuck” hot dogs and potato chips. Also would like see better variety in our resort events. We keep having the same stuff - comedy night, Big Star night that I think have outlived their lifecycle. We have an Activities Coordinator so I would like to see that person offer up new events as the average age of the resort is becoming younger and some of those traditional offerings are not as appealing to the younger owners. Also, I would like to see the Planning Committee have more involvement in not just the initial investigation/research of a project, but to have the ability to be involved all the way through to completion to ensure the initial intent of the project is executed. For example, had the Planning Committee been more involved in the construction of the ES Kitchen, I do not believe it would have been completed the way it was - very unsatisfactorily relative to schedule and equipment installed. The ES Pool also ended up being a surprise to the Planning Committee. If you want to have this Committee, I believe it deserves more respect from the Board, otherwise disband it. In addition, we cannot continue to spend large sums of money that ultimately are dissatisfactory in their execution. Project oversight needs to be substantially improved. Finally, the GM works for the Board and ultimately the owners and should be held accountable to ensure the resort is maintained appropriately. I think the overall maintenance of this resort is lacking. Too many things go un-repaired from season to season such as laundry machines, pool railings and handles chipped, umbrellas, tables and chairs broken at satellites, light bulbs not replaced at satellite tennis courts. Also, this resort is 35 years old. We need to ensure the infrastructure is sound - water and sewer lines, communication (Phone, TV, internet) lines, and roads are in good repair. I would also like to see this resort move into the 21st century and provide video conferencing capabilities at Board and Committee meetings. 359. Quicker response to broken equipment in gym also ban users that attach non- standard accessories to machines i.e. kayak oar to cable machine, it adds thousands of repetitions that machine is not designed for and breaks cable (every year). 360. It is important to maintain a preventative maintenance program so disasters such as the kitchen renovation don’t happen again. There have been times that the hot tubs at ES have been down because there are no parts. That is unacceptable for a resort that is only open for the majority of owners for half the year. All preventative maintenance should take place in off season months. 361. We currently use our lot on weekends. Not retired yet. 362. Contract with Vintage should be renewed each year and costs should be reduced as many, many lot owners have now gone to desert scape landscaping reducing the amount of lots that require grass cutting. Also, this past season flowers were planted at the front gate clubhouse and then Vintage removed all that had been planted and planted new ones. How much did that cost us Owner's.

363. The post office should have a "Post Office" sign
