369. I feel it is very important to support restaurant but think Italian misses the mark. Bar food after golf and add some dinner items. 370. Please ask dog owners to be responsible for their dogs instead of expecting all owners to help. Keep the dogs on their own lots or use the front gate or main dog relief stations. Enforce two pets per lot rules. I am worried that if we keep accepting more and more year-round residents our resort's infrastructure will not be able to handle it. Please consider grandfathering the present owners who are full-time but rethink accepting more. Make the tough Board decisions between November and March when owners are around and able to comment. 371. Enforcement of dog size rule would be helpful. Enforcement of dog relief away from owners lots would be a positive. I'm not sure if this would be the purpose of a pet park but if that would keep our peripheral lot corners free of dog poo that would be a plus. Many thanks for the approved pickleball in December, a huge improvement for play! I look forward to further improvements. Hooray for Bocce at ORPS! A sport for Many! Great idea to rid lots of grass and replace with turf! Less upkeep, less noise, less dust. Would be awesome to eliminate leaf blower use! 372. There are serious water quality problems regarding the pools and hot tubs that have yet to be addressed in spite of 2 years of correspondence to the board. Municipal and state law regarding showering before entering pools or hot tubs needs to be addressed and enforced. The maintenance of the equipment in the fitness room needs to improve. Some equipment is not operational for weeks. The bulletin board that is in place to notify of equipment problems still has messages on it dating back to early 2019! 373. 1) Improve consistency of managing & enforcing proper lot maintenance. For example, some owners receive compliance letters for a few weeds while other lot owners seem to be allowed significantly poor landscape conditions, particularly owners who rent their lots. 2) In order to maintain the appearance of a premier resort, the view of the dumpsters from the main roadway/intersection needs to be addressed. For example, install a wooden fence/barricade gates that keeps the dumpsters out of view from owners and visitors. The gates can be opened the sanitation company to empty the dumpsters. 3) Improve the appearance of the entry way ponds. Install fountain water feature similar to ponds throughout the resort. The existing water feature looks like broken pipes shooting water upwards. 4) Create legitimate dog parks to compliment the dog relief areas that are being upgraded this summer. Use two of the least used satellite tennis courts, tear out the concrete surface and install DG. Add a few tables, umbrellas and chairs for the owners. Additional upgrades or features to be purchased with fund raising dollars by dog committee. 5) Improve the clarity of the A&A guidelines. If exceptions need to be made or exceptions are requested by a lot owner, then a committee of three (or more) needs to make final decisions. 6) Satellite improvements - Improve the landscaping, improve the pool furniture (tables, chairs, umbrellas), replace broken and outdated laundry machines. 374. Deal with the garbage bin area. Need one or 2 just for cardboard with BIG SIGN TO CRUSH CARDBOARD BOXES. Increase number of pick-ups. 375. Sure enjoy our time here!!! It’s been a stressful year for everyone. Glad you are doing your job and making ORPS the place we want to be each year. Thanks.
