Our current provision is being enhanced this year as we are excited to announce that we have been awarded Hampshire SEND Employability Hub status. The aim of the hub is to provide opportunities for Hampshire young people with an Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP) to become ready for employment in a safe and supportive environment, encouraging future independence both socially and financially. We are looking to take on a cohort of Year 11 students through a specialist, individualised programme where the outcome is paid employment. The programme will last between 1 and 3 years and will be closely connected to our existing Supported Internship programme offering individual long term work placements, job coaching and extra specialist qualifications as required.
