Having established a trade customer base since February,

Complementing Ray’s industry expertise is Celine Connors, who brings more than 25 years of experience in business management and customer service. “I had been thinking about it for a long time and decided to just give it a go,” says Ray. “I was ready for a fresh start, and Celine was looking for a new business venture. “Our approach is whatever they want, whenever they want it, we’ll get it there. Plumbers want exceptional service and a personal touch.” With established industry partnerships and friendships across the supply chain, Ray was able to draw on his
background when setting up the new business. “Ray has built up those relationships and established a reputation for attention to detail that sets us apart,” says Celine. “Expertise you can trust is our slogan, as customers come to Ray because they trust him, get exceptional service and there’s never an issue.
