• 1lb six-grain pizza crust • Cooking spray
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice • 1 1/2 tsp honey • 2 cups baby arugula • 3 tbsp chopped pecans, toasted
• 3 cups thinly sliced Fuji apple • 1 cup crumbled goat cheese • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

EXERCISE ESSENTIALS T RY T H I S MOV EMENT TO S T R ENGT H EN G LU T E S . BRIDGING While lying on your back, raise your buttocks off the floor or bed. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 8 times. Preheat oven to 450°. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Arrange apple slices evenly over pizza crust; top with cheese. Sprinkle thyme evenly over cheese. Bake at 450° for 8 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to brown. Combine oil and next 3 ingredients (through honey) in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add arugula; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle pecans evenly over pizza; top with arugula mixture. Cut pizza into 6 wedges.
Ryker was born and raised in Rexburg, Idaho. He earned his bachelors in Exercise Science at BrighamYoungUniversity Idaho and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in
Provo, Utah. He married his wife 8 years ago and has since been blessed with 4 active children. He has 3 girls and 1 boy who have daddy wrapped around their little fingers. Ryker loves sports of any kind. Currently, he has been really into spike ball. He enjoys getting to know his patients and helping them get back on their feet and doing what they love.
