Separate collar and lift pick-up tube assembly from the bottle
Remove the A-dec ® bottle from the manifold (0.7 Liter or 2 Liter)
Remove two hex screws with 3 mm allen wrench
Align the bottle alongside the pick‑up tube to ensure that your DPI365B cartridge can attach to the pick-up tube with enough space to

fit inside the bottle with 13 mm - 6 mm of empty spacefrom the bottom

Place the pick up tube assembly with the cartridge back into the bottle. Reattach the collar to the bottle, replace the hex screws, and replace the A-dec ® bottle to the manifold
Attach the luer fitting onto the pick-up line.
Remove the top and bottom dust caps and attach the cartridge onto the luer fitting.
