RFS TRAVELER L23 - SIRE OF LOT 12
The Only Son of RFS TRAVELER RFS Traveler was our high selling bull in 2024. Unfortunately, it was a struggle to freeze semen so there was a very limited supply. Undeterred, we decided we wanted to try him using fresh semen in an IVF flush and in a fresh conventional flush here at the farm. The problem was that Traveler was being collected in Nebraska. So, we called on my brother Carl, the pilot, to help us out. He and Justis flew to Nebraska, picked up the semen, flew to Madison, Wisconsin dropped some off, then flew back to Minnesota and Justis drove the rest of it back to the farm just in time. It worked! We got 3 heif- ers and 1 bull out of the conventional flush at the farm.
