Andrew & Jessie Trudeau FLORIDA Mentoring the Next Generation

previous experience, but they have since developed rapidly. “Watching them grow has been very exciting for me,” Jessie says. “They’ve become very knowledgeable about Melaleuca products. Now they teach me about them.” Jessie feels like she is mentoring the next generation of Melaleuca business builders. Through mentorship, Jessie has learned new ways to build her business. She has also been able to watch and support Macee and Noelle in building on the strengths they already have. “We build so differently—I use social media and they build mostly face-to-face,” Jessie says. “But it works for them because some people who didn’t enroll with me are now asking them for help. What attracted Jessie to Melaleuca was the hope of achieving financial stability and helping others to do the same. And she soon discovered unforeseen health benefits as well. “Within three months of trying EcoSense® products, I stopped having severe headaches,” Jessie reports. “Now I focus on helping people save money and their health.” This approach has profoundly enriched her life and the lives of those around her, inlcuding her daughter, Director 2, Macee Trudeau, and Senior Director 2, Noelle Kruise. Both women were hesitant to start their own Melaleuca businesses since they lacked
