EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 3 NEW ADVANCEMENTS

Meghan Dirk ALBERTA Daily Consistency Leads to Growth

“I made a promise to myself that every day for one year, I would make a social media post about my life or a Melaleuca product,” Meghan says. After one year of consistent, daily activity, Meghan had advanced to Senior Director 3. While some business builders really enjoy the hustle culture, that is not what works for Meghan or her team. “I feel like I’ve attracted people who like to build their businesses like I do,” she says. “We’re a bunch of moms without any kind of sales or business background. We have such a sense of community. There are a lot of teams that do the major hustle thing, but that doesn’t appeal to me. If Melaleuca consumed my life, it wouldn’t be fun for me. With my team, we focus on doing daily income- producing activities. When you do that, your business is going to grow. If you want to grow faster, then I'll push a little bit more.” Melaleuca has complemented Meghan’s life in ways she didn’t expect. She’s been able to build a significant stream of income without sacrificing her priorities. “Melaleuca has made my life greater,” she says. “Having financial freedom and time freedom is important to me. I have three kids with busy schedules. I never have to ask for time off. I can take my work with me if I need to. And I can just as easily set work aside because family time is so important. Melaleuca has given me the freedom to be the mom and homemaker I want to be.” LH

When Meghan Dirk first enrolled in Melaleuca four years ago, she was intrigued to try Melaleuca’s safer cleaning products. “I was just looking for a shower cleaner, but I ended up getting the Safer for Your Home Pack ,” Meghan remembers. “When my enroller asked if I was interested in earning referral commissions, I said no .” But after just two days of using her products and talking about them, Meghan already saw others take an interest in the products and decided she would give referring products a try. Meghan’s role as a mother has always come first in her life. She also has a beauty business as an eyebrow technician. As busy as she is, she believes in enjoying all that she’s involved in. She was willing to give her Melaleuca business a try, but she wasn’t going to set aggressive goals that compromised her balance in life or caused anxiety.
