CORPORATE DIRECTORS 5 NEW ADVANCEMENTS

Brandon & Ashley Olive TEXAS The Home Team

20 MARCH 2024 | MELALEUCA.COM/LIA “Our strategy was to help Michelle share more on social media,” Ashley says. “But the Ashley Olive has used social media to great success throughout her Melaleuca career. But for a little over a year now, she has been helping present Melaleuca: An Overview in living rooms throughout the Olives’ close- knit Texas community. Building in person was new to Ashley, but she warmed up to it fast. That’s because one of her newly enrolled builders, Senior Director 6 Michelle Larsen, was well-known and well-loved in the community—but didn’t use social media.

goal was simply to generate more curiosity so she had more friends to invite to her in- homes. Michelle has built her Senior Director 6 business almost exclusively in kitchens and living rooms. She has shared Melaleuca, enrolled customers, and scheduled Strategy Sessions face-to-face, all while making Melaleuca products available for our guests to taste, touch, and smell.” Doing more in-homes in her community has brought some big changes into Ashley’s daily life—and the life of her family. She isn’t able to be home in the evening as often.

It’s an adjustment, especially with the kids’ busy schedules. But Brandon gives her his full support, and her kids are her biggest cheering squad. The Olives are a tight-knit

family, after all. They’re used to persevering through adversity.

“We have a saying in our family,” Ashley says. “‘We can do hard things.’ We have navigated probably eight broken bones between our three boys at this point! Every time, it takes rehab to get them back to playing baseball and all the other sports they love. Our daughter is a competitive all-star
