inclusive nature of Melaleuca. Unlike her past experiences, she sees Melaleuca as a stable platform for long-term growth, envisioning herself here for decades to come. Lisa’s conviction about Melaleuca has been reinforced by seeing the positive impact the business has had on those she worked with previously. “They never got what they deserved with our previous company,” she reflects, “But now, I’m glad to see them thriving with Melaleuca. Melaleuca offered Lisa a refreshing change. “Melaleuca is built on real people ordering real, usable products,” she emphasizes. “In my last company, it felt like I couldn’t distinguish between genuine customers and those possibly ordering on behalf of made-up people.” Lisa appreciates the transparency of Melaleuca’s business model, which allows her to be genuine with others and inspire authenticity within her team. Firm in her belief that Melaleuca offers opportunities for all, Lisa emphasizes that age and social status are not barriers to success. “With Melaleuca, it doesn’t matter if you’re 19 and on social media or 80 and don’t have any of that—you can build a business,” she asserts confidently.
