“Quest was eye-opening, mind-blowing, and life-changing!” Tracey says. “It was my first in-person event, and we listened to so many Marketing Executives talk about the freedom in their lives—financial freedom from worry and debt. At events like these, we all come together and dream bigger every time. Then we go home and tell others they can do it too. It’s amazing!” Tracey was also impressed by the acceptance and respect the newer business builders received at Quest. “One of the coolest things was the amount of help and belief and sheer love for each other that I witnessed and experienced.” Of course, her team is enthusiastically participating in the corporate-sponsored 2024 Fast Track to earn points to win a trip to the Paradisus resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. “In reality, we’re always doing Fast Track,” Tracey says. “We don’t know any other way. There is no ‘Slow Track.’ When I enrolled, it was Partner-Up and I earned the cruise! The next time, it was for a vacation in Kauai and our team finished third. All we know is Fast Track, so we’ve continued to do it, and I believe it is one of the top reasons our organization has grown as fast as it has. That’s why I always tell my team, ‘Don’t sit down!’” TP
One day, Tracey Ebert witnessed a sad little scene in a grocery store aisle that profoundly influenced her life. She watched a young mother put some items back on the shelf because she couldn’t afford them. “That bothered me so badly,” Tracey recalls. One week later, when she learned how Melaleuca could help her help others, all the puzzle pieces of her destiny clicked into place. She wanted to be able to help others, and with Melaleuca, she could! “In my fourth month,” Tracey says, “I was able to write a check to a foster care ministry to help lighten their load by helping them pay the staff.” She knew from a skills assessment that her primary driver was significance. “It meant I wanted to create a life of integrity, purpose, and results,” Tracey says. “How perfect is it that I found a company based on significance to the world’s ecology and focused on improving everyone’s physical and financial health? I definitely came home to my destiny in Melaleuca. At Quest. I stood there crying my eyes out, telling Senior Vice President of Sales Darrin Johnson that I’m finally where I’m supposed to be!”
