so I called up Sabrina and told her that I wanted to reach Senior Director by the end of the summer.” As Kristina’s Melaleuca business grew, so did her hope for the future. “It was a lot of hard work,” she says, “but it just kept giving us little bits of hope. Now I feel like the possibilities are endless. We paid off a big credit card bill last October, my husband’s car was paid off in February, I’m enjoying more time freedom with my family, and now I can look forward to leaving a legacy for our children.” Today, Kristina’s focus is solely on others. “There are a lot of people out there who are in debt and too afraid or too embarrassed to tell anyone,” she says. “They need Melaleuca. This business changes lives. It becomes really fun when you start asking how you can help other families reach their goals and get out of debt.” For Kristina, wanting to help others is essential to success with Melaleuca. “I’m an introvert,” she explains. “I don’t see myself as a natural leader, but I’m passionate about helping others. Leadership doesn’t mean standing in front of everyone and telling them what to do. It’s doing what you say you’re going to do and helping others do the same. When you think of others before yourself, then you’re naturally going to become a leader. Anyone can do this if you’re willing to learn and grow.”

Kristina was introduced to Melaleuca when she was searching for safer, nontoxic products, and after trying Renew ® Lotion , she knew she would be a customer for life. “My kids have all had skin issues,” she explains, “and Renew cleared their skin up immediately.” Content to be a customer, Kristina’s enroller, National Director 2 Sabrina Ellis, still patiently followed up with her, and after a year of shopping, Kristina decided to start referring others. “We were struggling to make ends meet,” Kristina explains. “We had accumulated several debts, and I really just didn’t see a way out of that. It was hard on our marriage. We didn’t fight, but it was heavy on us all the time. That financial stress really kept us from being able to give fully to each other and to our kids.” Kristina began building her business with the goal of earning enough money to visit her daughter, but something changed after she attended Melaleuca's virtual Convention in 2020. “All the stories really filled me with belief,” she says. “I realized that Melaleuca works if you are coachable and willing to do the work,
