IN THE SPOTLIGHT
In the summer of 2022, inflation was hitting Americans hard, and Michelle Larsen was beginning to feel the financial pinch. “I just really felt like it was time to take on something new,” she recalls. “I wanted to bring in some extra income but still be able to keep my family my first priority.” That’s when she reached out to Corporate Director 5 Ashley Olive. “Our children are really good friends,” Michelle says, “and I knew she stayed home and made a really great income, so I asked her what she did.”
Michelle has always had a passion for health and wellness, so Melaleuca made perfect sense. “I fell in love with the products and just started sharing right away!” she says. Michelle was particularly impressed with Melaleuca’s laundry products. “I have always used natural laundry detergent,” she explains, “but it never really smells very good, and it doesn’t even clean that well, so I instantly fell in love with MelaPower® and MelaBoost™ . There are just so many products we can’t live without now.”
For Michelle, building a Melaleuca business is just a natural result of her love for the products. “It’s just so much fun to share the products and business with other families,” she says. “I’m blessed to have a lot of local builders, so we love having in-homes that are themed around different products. A Melaleuca business can fit in with anyone’s lifestyle. It’s just about being consistent and sticking to your goals. I’m a busy mom with five active kids. If I can do this, anyone can!”
