But even as Weston Jewelers scales new heights, the essence remains unchanged. “We build relationships with our clients. We don’t just sell them a ring,” Dikes says. “We attend their weddings, baby showers and bar mitzvahs, and in return, we share our own family’s moments with them. I think that connection is what keeps our clients returning year after year.” The Las Olas flagship represents both continuity and evolution. “I hope this new location shows that Weston Jewelers is entering its next chapter with the same values we started with, but on a larger and more elevated scale,” Dikes says. “This flagship represents our commitment to growth, innovation and giving our clients a world-class experience, all while upholding the same level of excellence the community has come to know and trust.” u

through our doors feel like family,” Dikes says. “We’ve built our business on trust, respect and integrity, and as we’ve expanded, we’ve stayed true to those core values.” Those values have been tested. The business opened right before 9/11 and has weathered two financial crises and a pandemic. Through it all, the focus remained on community. One story particularly captures the Weston Jewelers spirit. A new client came in seeking a gift for their seriously ill daughter during a time of financial hardship. “We decided to give them the piece as a gift from us,” Dikes says. “Thankfully, their daughter’s health has since improved, and they’re still clients of ours today. It’s moments like this that remind me that Weston Jewelers is about community and doing the right thing whenever we can.” Strategic partnerships with prestigious brands like Rolex, Cartier and Hublot have fueled the company’s growth and enabled expansions including the Guitar Hotel location and a Hublot boutique.

Having grown up in the jewelry industry working alongside his father, first on Long Island and later in Miami, Dikes saw an opportunity to build something special in the community where they were raising their family. “When we moved to Weston to start our family, we felt it was the perfect place to open our own store,” he recalls. “Today, our children are part of the business as well, and we’ve been fortunate to grow alongside this community and be a part of so many significant milestones in our clients’ lives, just as they’ve shared in ours.” That multigenerational involvement has become central to the brand’s identity. Their son Jesse manages the two stores at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, while daughter Danni oversees marketing and digital strategy. “Our mission has always been to provide an incredible client experience and to make everyone who walks

to reflect the highest standards of service and create a warm, luxurious experience from the moment you walk in.” The expanded space will allow Weston Jewelers to offer services previously unavailable, including a full- service area staffed with bench jewelers and up to six watchmakers, along with a dedicated bridal area for private consultations and custom design appointments. While Dikes remains tight-lipped about specific design elements, his excitement is palpable. “We don’t want to give it all away just yet, but we’re extremely proud of the direction of this new store,” he says. “We’re working to create an exceptional, luxurious experience unlike anything our existing and future clients have ever seen before.” The journey to this milestone began in August 2001, when Dikes and his wife Tracey opened their first location
