E lena P ezzo Holistic Health Coach and AI Educator
Elena Pezzo speaks about health with the conviction of someone who has lived on both sides of the conversation. “I’ve studied wellness for years,” she says. “And then my own body forced me to relearn everything.” A holistic health coach and former wellness entrepreneur, Pezzo’s path into health was rooted in education and experience. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2009 and went on to co-found a plant-based fast-casual restaurant before transitioning into coaching and mentorship. “I’ve always been fascinated by human potential,” she says. “How people can thrive when they’re aligned with what actually supports them.” That alignment unraveled during her own health challenges, including menopause and Hashimoto’s disease. “Everything I knew stopped working,” Pezzo says. “The weight gain, the brain fog, the mood swings. I looked at myself and thought, how can I guide others when I feel so disconnected from my own body.” Searching for structure, Pezzo was introduced to artificial intelligence, initially with skepticism. “I am not a tech person,” she says. “I’m a connector. I’m relational. I went for my husband and sat in the back of the room.” Within minutes, she realized its potential. “It changed the trajectory of my life,” she says. “Personally and professionally.”
uses it to analyze lab work, track hormone protocols, build meal plans and organize supplement routines. “AI loves data,” she explains. “When you give it the right information, it helps you see patterns instead of chaos.” She is careful to emphasize boundaries. “AI never replaces a doctor,” Pezzo says. “It amplifies understanding. It helps people ask better questions.” Mindset remains central to her work. “Your cells are listening,” she says. “The way you speak to yourself matters more than any protocol.” Pezzo sees technology as a way to reduce overwhelm, particularly for women navigating midlife health changes. “People are overstimulated,” she says. “They’re chasing trends, supplements, shots. That shiny object cycle keeps them stuck.” Instead, she advocates returning to fundamentals. “Air, water, nourishment, movement, rest and purpose,” she says. “None of that is complicated.” Her coaching philosophy blends modern tools with ancient wisdom. “Technology can help us come back to ourselves,” she says. “It gives people agency.” At its core, her work is about empowerment. “I want people to feel supported,” Pezzo says. “Health isn’t about perfection. It’s about clarity, compassion and learning to trust your body again.”
Today, Pezzo integrates AI into her health coaching practice as a tool for organization, accountability and clarity. She
