Here’s the June Summer Thursday schedule: • June 3: Rhonda Nowak gives guided tours of the Shakespeare Gardens. And there will be a mini- Hanley Heritage Plant sale! • June 10: Early 1900’s Fashion Show, models representing Hanley friends and family showing costumes of the age and talking about the farm’s and Alice Hanley’s history. • June 17: There will be all kinds of hands-on activities at the Family Heritage Fair, from laundry to faux calf roping! • June 24: The Randall Theater present readings of a play or skit based on regional history. Perhaps local history vignettes, or an original play? June 3, 10, 17 & 24 • 4-8pm Hanley Farm • 1053 Hanley Road • Central Point

3 with the first “Summer Thursday” event. And, every Thursday plan to bring a picnic to share with your family and friends. A perfect way to begin your Summer Thursday, yes? Sharing a picnic with loved ones, relaxing, enjoying the peace and harmony of Hanley Farm. Then, enjoy a Summer Thursday special program! Summer Thursday events are held weekly, 4pm-8pm. The farm will be open for picnics; self-guided Hanley and Shakespeare Garden tours; a Farmers Market; as well as Covid-free, “hybrid” Hanley House tours. The outside portion of each tour will be in-person, with a video of the inside tour. There will be a modest $3 to $5 fee for the house tours, but everything else is free.
